A UKCP trainee psychotherapist passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges and helping them work towards emotional well-being. I hold an MSc in Health Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, alongside over four years of psychotherapy training. My practice is rooted in Transactional Analysis (TA), a therapeutic approach that helps clients understand patterns in their relationships, behaviours, and thoughts. TA is designed to foster self-awareness and promote meaningful personal growth.
Having a South Asian heritage and being raised in the Western world, I bring a unique perspective to understanding diverse cultural experiences. This background has enriched my ability to provide culturally sensitive psychotherapy, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for clients from all backgrounds. I also offer therapy sessions in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients seeking support in their preferred language.
I specialise in working with individuals managing anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, and navigating significant life transitions.
